The Culinary Arts Diploma at IPS guides students through a complete learning journey—from essential cooking fundamentals to advanced culinary artistry. The program blends hands-on practice with theory, allowing students to build strong techniques in appetizers, main courses, Indonesian cuisine, and global dishes. With expert instructors and professional kitchen training, students learn to work with precision, understand food materials, master heat control, and develop refined plating skills.
Throughout the course, students progress through Basic, Intermediate, and Superior levels, each designed to deepen their creativity and technical mastery. The program also includes specialized modules in seafood, poultry, and meat fabrication, along with optional training in pork and exotic ingredients. By integrating culinary science, sensory learning, and real kitchen workflows, the Cooking Program equips students with the skills needed to thrive in the culinary industry.
